Pablo came over to help install my new Nest Thermostat. He was GREAT. He was contacted me before the appointment to confirm and then told me when he was 30 minutes away. He was very quick and efficient. He explained what he was doing and asked my permission before having to drill a hole in the wall to make my thermostat fit. After it was installed, he walked me through the set up and how to work the unit on my phone. The whole experience was wonderful.
